What are the differences between the Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans?
VerifyEd™ Starter is free, and is tailored for small organisation and bootcamps who have a small cohorts of learners they would like to issue to. It also allows larger organisations to try issuing on VerifyEd™ before rolling out to larger numbers of learners. VerifyEd™ Pro is a paid package and allows organisations to issue up to 1000 credentials or to 1000 recipients.
With Pro you get priority email support, and have the option to add-on Onboarding & Training or Account Management. It's ideal for bootcamps, online course providers, or larger universities who want to run a pilot on a small number of students.
VerifyEd™ Enterprise is for anyone who wants to issue over 1000 credentials or to over 1000 recipients. Onboarding & Training and Account Management is included in the subscription, and you will have access to the VerifyEd™ testing environment.
How many credentials can I issue?
If you are on a 'Per Credential' plan, you can issue up to the amount of credentials covered in your plan. On a 'Per Learner' plan you can issue as many credentials you like to a unique recipient, the amount of unique recipients you can issue to depends on your plan.
Do I pay for old learners or credentials?
You only pay for the credentials you issue or recipients you issue to in the current year. Old credentials or users that havent been issued to during the current year wont be included in your usage allowance.
Is there an ongoing fee to maintain old credentials?
No, there are no additional costs for keeping a credential live. If a credential expires you will need to re-issue the credential and that will be included in your annual usage limit.
What are your pricing options?
We offer two pricing options: per Credential, or per Learner. With a 'per Credential' price you are charged for anything that is issued on VerifyEd e.g. a certificate, badge, or transcript letter. 'Per Learner' price means you can issue unlimited certificates, badges or transcripts to the same recipient in your annual allowance. Paid plans are paid annually.
